Inspirada

Focus conceived, entitled and served as development lead for the Inspirada Master Planned Community in the southern Las Vegas Valley. The community was themed and branded to reflect an innovative, mixed use community design that was the first of its kind in Southern Nevada. Inspirada was developed in partnership with a number of national home builders, who now actively manage the development.
