Lenny Badger brings nearly 20 years of civil engineering and project management expertise to his position as vice president of community development for Focus Property Group, where he manages the company’s real estate asset portfolio and land development projects.

Mr. Badger joined Focus Property Group in 2005 after working within both the municipal and private entities. As manager of development and flood control at the City of North Las Vegas for nearly 10 years, he supervised the division staff, budgets and operations, and was a certified floodplain manager.

He was the key project engineer for the 1997 Las Vegas Valley Flood Control Master Plan Update and a hydrology/hydraulics specialist for Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, a Henderson-based engineering firm.

Mr. Badger earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has held a professional engineering license since 1998.
