Bill Boschetto

Named partner with Focus Property Group in 2009 and president of Focus Property Group Brokerage in 2018, Bill Boschetto brings more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate profession to his duties in sales, marketing and acquisitions of single-family, multi-family and commercial property. Leveraging his relationships with the local, regional and national homebuilder community, as well as myriad commercial developers, Mr. Boschetto’s role has been vital in the creation of an extensive commercial development portfolio for the company.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Boschetto owned and operated a successful business in Las Vegas for 17 years. His business acumen and stature in the Southern Nevada market makes him a valued asset to the Focus team.

Mr. Boschetto is a member of the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association, a former member of the Board of Trustees for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas, and formerly was a member of the Las Vegas Executive Association for 14 years, serving on the Board of Directors for three years.
